After much thought I have decided to cancel most of my weekly classes.  I am offering Chair Yoga every Tuesday at Bethlehem Lutheran Church at 1767 Plank Rd Webster, NY.  Class is at 10:30 am.  No need to bring anything.  Just you!  The church is handicap accessible.  Please notify me ahead of time at 585-509-5372 is you will need assistance getting in.  We meet in the lower level of the church.  This is a donation class.  Pay when and what you can.
