I am offering only one in person Chair Yoga class at this time. No pre-registration is required. This is a donation class, pay only what you can and if you can. This class is offered to all bodies. Find me every Tuesday at 10:30 am in the lower level of Bethlehem Lutheran Church 1767 Plank Rd Webster, NY 14580. The church is handicap accessible. Please let me know if you need assistance getting in by calling me at 585-509-5372. I will assist with the lift.
